"I am so surprised and disheartened to read the less favorable reviews of Dr Yurkanin. She just delivered my daughter in October and I had such a wonderful experience with her as an OBGYN all throughout my pregnancy. I needed a scheduled c-section and my delivery window (39 weeks) she was not on rotation at the hospital. She made special accommodations so she could be there for me to deliver my baby. My surgery went stellar - her bedside manner was excellent! She helped me to feel calm and worry-free during the spinal placement (which I was nervous for) and all throughout the surgery. Our in-office visits are also always great. She asks about my other child and even remembers his name. Listens to my preferences and concerns and responds appropriately. I couldn't say one negative thing about Dr Yurkanin! She is professional and relatable, we always have great conversation."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have endometriosis and PCOS and have had the displeasure of having to deal with this doctor and her staff. Takes forever to respond to messages, if she responds at all, and literally said “there’s nothing else I can do for you” at one point. What kind of doctor just tells you I don’t know what else I can do for you and leaves it at that?? At least give me the courtesy to refer me to a doctor that may be able to help me. Office was also negligent in coding a routine Pap smear and refused to help get it changed to the correct code. Stay far away if you’re looking for quality because you won’t find it here."

"Dr Yurkanin performed my c section. At my 6 week apt I was still bleeding so she told me to get an ultrasound. I did not hear back from her about the results and had to reach out to her. After reaching out to her 10 days later she told me something was wrong and to get blood work done. AGAIN - I didn’t hear from her about my blood work, and had a different doctor leave a message on my mychart saying blood work looked normal? I was a little bit confused since something was wrong during the ultrasound so I called the office yet again only for her to tell me she ordered the wrong blood work. I was very upset considering I never would have even known it was the wrong blood test had I never called. When I asked what the next steps were she said I was “probably fine” and to not go forward with blood work. I’m not ok with “probably fine” and I don’t think anyone should be. Terrible patient care and communication. Would not recommend"
