"Dr. Penn doesnt have any bedside manners. She interrupted me continuously while I was asking a question about my personal health. Before leaving the room, she didn't ask me if I had any questions. Total visit time had to be 5 mins or less. There was only one more patient in the waiting room, so I'm not sure what the rush was? I'm in Healthcare myself, and her brusque manner was almost borderline rude. This was my second appointment with her. I will not schedule any subsequent appointments with her again at Abington."
