"First time patient and didn’t even get to see the doctor. The front desk staff had such an attitude towards everyone including myself. They made me wait almost 40 minutes to be checked in but were taking patients that arrived after me. Initially I didn’t speak up since they’re clearly busy, but when I asked about the wait I was told they may have to reschedule me since they didn’t realize I was sitting right in front of them, waiting to be checked in, and they thought I wasn’t showing up for my appointment… Even though they saw me walk in and sit down, and they saw me waiting for a while but never even said anything. I was so turned off by the whole front desk encounter and waiting room experience that I didn’t even want to see the doctor anymore. A pregnant woman also in the waiting room had been waiting over an hour to be seen. Pass on this office."
