"I’ve been seeing Dr Petty and Dr Mansman for almost 5 years now. My last appointment I missed without getting in contact with the doctor because I had a death in my family so instead of getting in contact with the doctor on why I couldn’t make it to my appt, I was busy dealing with the abrupt death of a family member. When I call back to reschedule me I was told because I had a third missed appointment in a total of 5 years I would be getting discharged as a patient there. I was willing to provide proof as in a prayer card or obituary to show that I didn’t just miss the appointment because of irresponsibility. I was told the doctor would look it over and I would hear back regardless of what the end result is. Well two months later haven’t heard back at all, just called today and heard that “since I didn’t hear back it was a no” Didn’t even bother to officially check. As I was describing my disappointment I was met with “okay I have to check other patients in I can’t do this right now” there is no personal relationship at all with clients here. These people in this office do not care what so ever about their patients. There was no willing to work with me on this issue at all and frankly if your doctors office isn’t willing to work with you particularly over something as serious as this, they truly do not care about you let alone your health. You are just another patient."

"I adore Dr Petty! She is kind and friendly and highly empathetic. She takes the time to discuss things with you, remembers your family life and truly seems to care about YOU and not just "her patient." Highly recommend."

"Nice and personable lady, however, she was a terrible advocate for my mom. My mom took hormones for night sweats because she was having trouble sleeping (she's in her 50's) however, it was causing her to grow a uterine fibroid. Dr. Petty, however, denied the hormones had any involvement in the growth on her uterus, so she put my mom back on hormones. What do you know, she has a fibroid in her uterus again that's as big as a fist. My mom has a big family history of gynecological cancer and Dr. Petty never advocated for a hysterectomy/oophorectomy (which is what she needed all along) just so my mom can continue to be a patient of hers. Now my mom is getting a hysterectomy today so I'm praying to God she does not have anything malignant. Needless to say, neither my mom nor myself are coming back to her office."
