"I asked to be color matched, but before I asked two girls were standing there just chatting. Never offered help. Then the girl who helped me took two seconds and said ahh this is fine here. Thanks for not helping!"

"I went to Ulta today around 4:45pm today and I got on line to check out my items. There were 2 registers open; the one closest to the entrance of the store and one closer to where customers wait to be called up to the register. The register closest to the entrance was being operated by a white female lady and the one closer to where customers wait on line to be called up to the register was being operated by a young lady of color named Destiny. Both registers had a customer; so I stood where you are SUPPOSED to stand to wait to be called up the next available register. Another female customer (NOT a person of color) went and stood near the register by the entrance of the store (which is NOT where customers are to wait to be called up the register). Both cashiers finished with the customers they had at the same time; at this point, the white employee glanced over at me and then at the customer that was standing near her register, the employee DID NOT address me and say, "I can help the next person" since I was next and I was standing in the correct place to wait to be called up to the register; nor did she tell the other customer that she was not standing in the correct spot for customers waiting on line. So, Destiny, the associate working the register closest to me, said to me, "I can help the next customer." When the other employee saw that, she motioned for customer that was standing in the wrong spot that she could help her. As Destiny was ringing up my purchases, I asked her if she saw what just transpired while I waited my turn and she said that she did. I wanted to make sure that I did not misinterpret it. So, should I feel that the employee ignored me based on my skin color, when I was clearly the next customer in line? This is not the first time that something like this has happened to myself or my spouse at stores in Marlton. Money is green and a person's skin color is not, nor should it play a factor in how customers are treated. I am giving Ulta 3 stars because Destiny, the young lady that rang up my purchases was professional and respectful."

"I always get my hair done at ulta and Kristen is my go to for hair color in Marlton. She is amazing when it comes to hair coloring & hair treatments. She also is a perfectionist and that's exactly what I look for in someone when it comes to my hair. Everytime I leave, I'm in love with my hair more and more and so is my family that they've all started seeing Kristen as well for their hair which they truly are pleased as have been. "Very negative experience. Picked out sale items cashier rung them all up for full price how to correct her on every item while being given attitude about it. I came in because it was my birthday and very excited to receive the birthday gift after saying my email about five times and her saying there's not an account she finally found my account somehow but said there's no birthday left gift for me. Didn't receive anything. Didn't feel welcome or included very negative experience and will not be back."
