"We read the great reviews for Dr. Canova. My wife made an appointment and we were maybe 15 or 20 minutes late. They told her that they only hold new patient appointments for 10 minutes. We had trouble finding the office and my wife is a new driver. I think we will go to someone who is a bit more empathetic. This attitude seems to be pervasive in the Atlantic Health Care system. "My first OBGYN that I had for a very long time, delivered my children and shortly after my last child was born I found out that he was going to retire. It was the dreaded time to find and trust a new OBGYN. Someone recommended an OBGYN to me so I gave them a try, the office staff wasn't very helpfully or friendly and didn't really care for the OBGYN and her beside manners. So it was back to find a new doctor, Once of my friends recommended Dr. Canova and said give her a try and I was very nervous wonder how things were going to go. I have now been with Dr.. Canova for a few years and I can say her staff is very friendly and helpful at both locations. Dr. Canova has a wonderful bedside manner and actually takes the time to listen to you and explain things. She is the one of best OBGYN I have ever had. I hope I never have to change doctors again.
