"Incredibly invalidating"

"Well it has been a while I have been going to this place. I have not much complaints against the doctors themselves but for sure about the staff in this clinic and obvious some nurses. It has been countless the times I have been really mistreated at this place or like I am just a number or another burden on their plate. People there are not professional at all, they don’t care about the patients as they should and have several times where I just wanted to stop being seen at this place for so many reasons. To be quite honest midwifes and other clinics that truly help people are more humble and really care about their patients. Unfortunately due to COVID these other clinics could not take me in anymore due to some limited spots as I am expecting a second child. I had to accept the awful reality of having to go to this place. It is not like you can simply not have prenatal care, because if I could I would certainly choose that over having to still come to this most disorganized and unprofessional cold like place. I have had the most awful experience with a nurse at this location when I was feeling pain. I called in to see if it was something really needed to go to the ER and she was so awful and cold. That day I almost walked out of this place like never wanting to go back anymore due to her cold response or non caring at all. Plus it has been little things like no communication at all it keeps adding to the stress to deal with these people. Today was the last straw for me. Yes I was mistreated because they set an appointment with doctor Fonslick at 6:45 Pm due to my work schedule (since every time I go there or schedule a Telehealth I always mention my type of job it has to either be evening or the first spot in the morning because I am unavailable at any other time I am on call at my work and can’t confirm appt that can only happen during business hours this is the nature of my job there is always something urgente going on and I can’t confirm appt that I am not sure I can keep) so would they charge me if I become unavailable because I m having emergencies at work? That’s their policy. So no, every single time I make them aware of my availability and I like to schedule in advance enough to avoid anything. So today the most unkind person I ever spoke to on the phone simply calls me to tell me that dr Fonslink isn’t available at 6:45pm and if she could reschedule 4:30/5:00 Pm I said I can’t these times they are super inconvenient to me. It is not my fault that someone found me a spot in the evening and someone else tells me the doc doesn’t work evenings??? To begin with why was I scheduled in first place if your doc doesn’t work evening? Is it because is too inconvenient for who here for your office or for dr Fonslink? Second I have had other Telehealth appointments in the evening. What is so different now. I requested to speak with a manager and the awful lady simply just hang up on me she did not solve my problem gave me an attitude. Now I had important issues to discuss with my doctor. If anything ever happen I’ll blame on them. I’ll also sei for an ttotney for an act of negligence with this clinic which is denying me options, access to care!!!"
