Reviews
"At this time I have a negative review. Its Sunday. I have a surgical procedure Monday. I have 2 direct members on my family test positive for covid and I'm in close daily contact with them. I just call been a responsable human and notify about this situation tryin to see if is going to be any changes. The lady that answer was just rude and not professional."
"Been trying to call them for days to set up my first ultrasound and they don’t answer the phones."
"Had baby there in 2021 and the staff was great"
"I’m not sure where to leave the appropriate review— but the Temple OBYGYNs (associated with Jeanes) have been extremely helpful and responsive. Dr. Williamson in particular made a difficult time much easier with her check ins/ easy access and professional input. I couldn’t believe that I called the number and spoke immediately to a doctor! Super rare in this field and much appreciated. I’d highly recommend this practice and hope they plan for a location less far soon."
"Horrible I didn’t get my first trimester appointment, I didn’t get blood work till I was 17 weeks the staff in the building is rude the doctor who saw me was incredibly rough doing my examination. The doctor did not give me prenatal vitamins even though I requested a prescription. They gave me nothing for morning sickness I told them about my anxiety and depression no help for that. I told them I wasn’t eating they said I have enough weight to grow the baby. No one listen to me when I told them I was in my second trimester and the tried to give me an first trimester ultrasound. This honestly was the worst experience I’ve ever had and this is my first pregnancy they caused me a lot of stressed and made me cry multiple times and I’ve only had two appointments with them."
