"Absolutely horrid experience with this office. My insurance was sent the claim “experimental” for a routine test, which of course is unaccepted for coverage by them. I got a charge of 3,000 dollars because of this office’s lack of care. So, I called the office figuring it would be a simple fix as they could just resubmit the claim and I have called 5 days in a row and get the same “the office manager will call you back” response. And, guess what? She never does. I would recommend going to a office that first of all knows how to bill properly, but second of all has simple courtesy and knows how to return a customers phone call, regardless, but especially when it’s about something so pressing. What happens when someone is in labor? I will never return here and I’m truly hoping they do the right thing, call me back and resubmit the claim."

"I been going to Sabouni for 5 years I believe. She's very kind and makes you feel comfortable. As someone who is obese feeling comfortable with a Dr can be very rare. I'd hate if I ever would have to switch to someone else. My current PCP does Gynecology at their office but I turned them down because I am happy with Saboni."

"I would first like to suggest a alternate solution for the person who left a 1 star review. I have found that the best resource for billing details are best directed to the insurance company Who is handling payment. They are the most knowledgeable about the coverage and patient fees. My mother-in-law recommended me to Dr Sabouni after I have been in this area for 10 years and unsuccessful At finding a good OB/GYN. Since I became her patient, I have learned to appreciate and respect her as a successful business woman as well as someone who is sincere in the service they provide to their patients. As patients depend on their doctors commitment to knowledge of the trade. She has gained my trust and loyalty in the many challenges which I did not choose to experience in the past year and a half. She has guided me through two miscarriages and a surgery and has proved to be very experienced in her trade. I am even more thankful that I know a wonderful doctor to be able to also care for my 10-year-old daughter when she becomes of age. I love her and think many more they will too! She is also lucky to have wonderful staff members such as Rhonda and Lucy who also make the environment very professional and warm at the same time.
