"Long story short, I booked an appointment through Amino, unfortunately a family emergency came up in NC so I contacted them to cancel it. When I get home there is a letter requesting $100 for not cancelling my appointment so I contacted Amino and they assured me that they cancelled my appointment the day before and she spoke to someone named Sharon. The Amino agent contacted them to to figure out the issue and they said the spoke to me to confirm the appointment, the last time I spoke to someone at this office was the Friday before (my appointment was for the following Tuesday). The office called twice on Tuesday but I was at a funeral and my phone was the last thing on my mind. I am very dissatisfied with the accusations and miscommunication."
