"I had seen Dr. Zeidman in the Newtown Square office for over 6 years. When getting a Pap smear she was rough with me. I did say something. Bedside manner is horrible. I went there for peri-menopausal relief. She chooses to use one way to treat this with an IUD Device. After 2 years I had it removed by a different doctor at a different practice. Dr Zeidman absolutely refused to listen to what I was saying when I called and told her I was having problems with it. She insisted it wasn’t the IUD. I was having migraines, retaining water and experiencing severe anxiety. ( I eat clean and run 5 miles 4 times a week. ) All symptoms stopped within a week of having the IUD removed. When I went to my yearly appointment. Dr. Zeidman was very angry when I told her I had the IUD removed. She insisted I make another appointment to get another IUD. The office called and I told them I would not be making a new appointment. I never went back again. That was 5 years ago. I am now on HRT which is helping me immensely. Dr. Zeidman does not listen to her patients concerns. She dismisses what you say. She insists on using one type of treatment. About appointments in the office. I like to be there 10-15 minutes before my appointment. I have sat in that waiting room for over an hour each time. While all the ladies working at the front desk they were always very polite and accommodating. Truth is you shouldn’t have to wait so long. If I’m showing up early for my appointment there is no reason why you have to wait so long to be seen. I have to leave work at lunch. Also, take off for the remainder of the afternoon. I have learned from previous appointments that I won’t be seen for at least 45 min to an hour to be seen. I don’t recommend Dr. Zeidman for peri-menopause or menopause treatment."
