"Doctor wasn't overly friendly, but she was knowledagle. I had to wait a while in the waiting room to be seen. The hours don’t meet my schedule they close at 2:45 and they open at 7:30am. I work 8 to 4 and I’m don’t work in the area and it’s hard to get in unless I take a day off. They need later hours for me. The hours unfortunately don’t match my schedule. Therefore, I have to move on."

She took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me exactly what I needed when I needed it. My experience went downhill when I switched doctors. Terrible bedside manner and dismissive attitude when I shared I had miscarried 2 months prior to my appointment."

Not only was the nurse extremely rude and didn't take my health concerns seriously, but to my surprise the Gyno HERSELF (Dr. Gerstein) made me feel incompetent for being concerned about MY OWN health and almost made a mockery of my health issue that I was concerned about. I was very polite, I actually wish I stood up for myself instead of quietly accepting the completely unprofessional behavior. As a young female who is very in touch with her body I was disgusted at the fact that I was not taken seriously and I will never be coming back here again. If you are a young girl, DO NOT GO HERE."

"I have been going to Doylestown Gynecology for several years now, and I see Dr. Gerstein. I have always had a very positive experience with her and the ladies at the front desk. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful, and they've always been very accommodating if I need to reschedule an appointment (which is almost impossible with most practices!). Dr. Gerstein has always taken the time to make sure I understand any concern she or I may have. She always makes me feel comfortable with any procedure and talks me through it step by step before, during, and after the process. I am so glad I found this practice; I've had OBGYNs in the past who were always rushed and didn't make me feel comfortable. Dr. Gerstein is the exact opposite of that, and I highly recommend her and this practice!"
