"Maybe I caught her on a bad day but my experience was not one of kindness and caring or even just basic decent interaction. I’m experiencing physical irritation which is not something I’ve experienced in the 25 years I’ve had regular exams; beyond that, although she indeed asked about my concerns, it couldn’t be any clearer how little she cared for any of my answers. She literally shrugged at everything I said and offered no real advice, explanations, or sense that I was valued as a patient. It was not a good experience for me at all with this doctor, I feel upset by my visit, and I won’t return for an annual next year."
