"The Bound Brook AutoZone is great. I was looking for a 35-AGM battery for my 2018 Nissan Sentra. I went to the Raritan location, but they didn't have one. They sent me to the Hillsborough location, where they had one, but they wouldn't install it. Hillsborough called Raritan to ask if they would install it, and Raritan said, "No". I then went to Bound Brook where they had the battery that I wanted, and they were willing to install it. It turned out that installing the battery was not that easy. I took two employees to figure it out, but they didn't give up, and they stuck with it until the job was done. It was cold outside that day as well. I would have had difficulty doing it myself. Bound Brook AutoZone will be my first stop from now on."

"I came in today to exchange the battery that I bought here Gabriel who did the exchange was grat awesome job but his manager which is a Spanish white lady don’t know here name came up with attitude when she have to charge me for something else just because they didn’t sell me the battery. She doesn’t need to work here I think she’s knew it something because i never seen her before. If she have problems in her house please tell her to leave them in her house"

"Went in to pick up some oil and oil filter for my RAV4. I was going to pick it up from Walmart but looked online to see that Autozone price matches the price. So I went inside picked up and went to check out. No one was in the store but me and the manager(older gentleman) and younger employee were at the door. The manager was smoking while holding the door open and I got his attention. I asked if he could price match and like always he had an attitude and told me he can’t price match if I order online and pick up from store. The item is in stock at the Walmart store and the younger employee tried to help him understand but he refused to price match. Outside of the fact that Autozone has the same oil for 37.99 while Walmart has it for 27.99 the older gentleman is exhausting. I’ve visited this store so many times and I dread when he checks me out. Also smoking a cigarette while holding the door open so that store smells like smoke is super unprofessional. I won’t be visiting this store any longer and take my business elsewhere."

"My dad purchased some duralast tools 15+ years ago. Both were malfunctioning. I try to do an exchange because it’s life warranty, store manager Jamar said NO! because he didn’t have any record of my dad buying it 15+ years ago through a phone number that doesn’t work anymore. Called District Manager Felix. No questions asked he helped right away. Went back to the store C.T Cole Helped to do the exchange very helpful. Store needs better store manager!"

"Came into the store today 4/27/2023 and was assisted by Freddy at the counter. Freddy went above and beyond to help my brother in law and I making sure that we received the correct parts. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we left with everything we needed to complete the task."
