"Mya and Van were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Had to return a pair of awful keens that destroyed my feet, Mya was able to return the boots with no problem. Van helped me choose 2 great pairs of carolina boots after not finding thorogoods in my size. Mya then helped my daughter look at some cowgirl boots ,we had a great time and would highly recommend."

"A lot of boots, but at most - cowboy boots. This is the thing: I called the night before asking if they had 10-1/2 engineer boots in Carolina Red-bird engineer or Chippewa engineer boots in my size. They said that they had them in my size when I called them. I went there the next day. I was there for some bit and after pacing the isles, a woman approached me : she was the woman I talked too after telling her that I called the previous night. After talking to her, she said that she misunderstood and didn't understand what an engineer boot was. I just drove 45 minutes to get a good pair of boots for work and home and I wasn't leaving without something decent. Two more employees approached me, asking if I need help. I said that I was fine - they quickly walked away with relief on their faces. I never found engineer boots, but I did get two pairs of work boots - a pair for work and a pair for home. Both felt like I slipped on a pair of steel-toed clouds. I'm happy with the boots, but I felt that I was intruding on the property in an attempt to find comfortable working gear. Also, the misunderstanding of what they had and the hand-wave from the representative I talked too makes me not want to go there again."
