The nurse (Reaghan) I spoke with yesterday with a concern found time on her schedule for me next day and made me feel so at ease by her friendly, warm demeanor. The staff at the front were welcoming and patient even though my forms weren’t yet filled out, and then the doctor was SO wonderful. Dr. High never seemed a bit rushed (even though I know I was fit into a busy schedule). She was happy to talk me through everything; she was encouraging while being honest about the situation, and she showed concern for how I felt, and offered solutions to put me at ease! This practice gives every indication that they genuinely care about you, something that is rare even with practices that provide good care otherwise."
