"I was worried at first after some of the comments but completely different than what I read. She explained everything so thoroughly. Took her time. Asked me several times if I had questions. The office was very clean everything in its place and she was very, very thorough"
"After reading reviews online, I thought I finally found a doctor that could help me. Instead I found a doctor that referred me to another Penn Medicine doctor who she said probably wouldn't be able to help me either. I will be paying for my office visit over the next 9 months because I have a deductible and the visit was quite expensive. My appointment was over 3 months ago. There was some testing done and I have requested for Dr. Arya to call me twice to provide the results but I have not heard from anyone in the office. I guess that wasn't covered under my $300 office visit (that doesn't count the lab work that was performed at Penn Medicine's expensive lab). Instead, I guess it is my responsibility to go online, get the results and interpret them myself. I will not use this doctor again and unlikely that I will use another Penn Medicine doctor at all given my experience. Lots of money, no results."
