"I had one meeting with a dietitian for my gestational diabetes. She checked her watch the whole time and said she didnt have very long to go over this info with me. Left me to go over all the info in the booklet myself because she had another appointment after mine. I took off work and drove 30 minutes to see these people. And the kicker is that i just got a bill for 620 dollars."

"Extremely poor customer service. We went initially for an abnormal test, they said that the testing they would do subsequently would be covered by insurance. We also discussed with them that if it wasn't we did not want it. Turns out the testing was not accepted by our insurance and after calling to file a claim they have not answered or returned a single call since. We are now holding on to a 3000 bill because of them."

"Completely ruined my pregnancy experience for me. Normally at this appointment I would be sent with photos of my baby, I’d know the gender, and exactly what happened at my appointment. They put a rookie in my room with me and she stabbed me with the thing for the ultrasound multiple times took like a hour to finish the ultrasound which would normally be done in 15 mins, she told me nothing as far as what she was looking at, looking for, or if everything was ok or not. She said she couldn’t look for the gender I can find out in my blood test, didnt even bother to check & I got 0 pictures of my baby. I’m switching back to st lukes. Thanks for ruining a very important day for me because you’re too lazy to do your job."

"1. I do not have child care for I am a stay a home mom, and they considered my 6month old a “support person” so my boyfriend could not come into the room for the anatomy scan of my unborn. Pretty inconsiderate if you ask me. Not everyone just drops their kids off at daycare and goes to appointments. 2. The ultrasound technician in order to “move the baby” REPEATEDLY hit my stomach. And I mean not nudge, hit my stomach SEVERAL TIMES, to where I needed to stop her because it hurt. 3. NO DOCTOR came out to go over the scan and let me know everything was ok with the baby, how the baby was growing, how many lbs he is so far, NOTHING. This facility is unprofessional, and I WILL be taking all my concerns to corporate."
