"I received a vest that I had ordered but didn't open it until the wedding. I had assumed that the vest would be new but was obviously a repackaged return with a stain on it. After contacting customer support I was told too bad since I didn't open it and notify them within a week. Buyer beware, make sure your order isn't a repackaged return within the 7 days or you get to buy a new one.. one star for poor customer service."
