"Love Eddie Bauer clothing but the manager on shift (the old lady with black hair) was so rude and had zero customer service. She made me feel uncomfortable for returning one item out the 7 I purchased and for getting a “good deal” online. She told me the online representative probably made a mistake for giving me such a discount. She said she has been working there for 18 years and never see such a discount ..too bad because I’ve been a customer for 20 years and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. Badly done Eddie."
