"Hear me out… as a woman with PCOS the last thing you want to hear from a doctor are “you must be on hormonal contraceptives if you want to get pregnant” OR “carbs are your worst enemy and you can only eat 1 piece of bread” There have been countless times several doctors at this office look at me like I’m insane for wanting to stay away from hormonal birth control and try to treat my PCOS for its root cause instead of covering it up with birth control. Not to mention- I gave the copper IUD a chance and one of the doctors inserted the iud incorrectly and I was back for an emergency as it got imbedded into my cervix. If you push for any kind of testing they question you and tell you it’s “norma”. So ladies.. if you feel something is not right advocate for yourself and never let anyone tell you that you can’t heal your PCOS because I’ve been on a long journey and have done it without the advice of any of these doctors."

"I’ve had a positive experience with Dr. Blatt, her nurse Cathy, and other nurses who assisted with the physical exam. saw her twice annually so far. They made me feel very comfortable during the pelvic exam, Pap smear at my very first OBGYN visit last year, bimanual exam, and breast exam. These visits are no fun, but it’s important for your gynecological health to make sure no gynecological issues arise and to evaluate female development. Dr. Blatt listens to my concerns, has excellent bedside manner, very patient, doesn’t rush at all, and is amazing. I would recommend her if anyone needs an OBGYN. However, it’s difficult to schedule an appointment that’s convenient since obstetricians/gynecologists are often on call for delivering babies at hospitals. If you’re 15 minutes late of your scheduled appointment, then they will cancel your appointment and tell you to reschedule to avoid delaying others’ appointments, which can take a bit longer to get in."

"Physicians & Nurse Practitioners in this office are overall very good and up to date on the newest guidelines/recommendations for patients. I only had one experience with a nurse practitioner who was abrasive and less than friendly during a routine follow-up. This particular office gets such a low rating from me because the administrative staff has been very non-responsive and rude to me throughout my entire pregnancy and even post-pregnancy. Getting routine paperwork signed for my employer was a nightmare - my husband and I spoke with a number of people and received a number of different answers. Despite actually closing at 4:30 pm, they shut off their phone lines at 4 pm. The nursing line is very rarely available and take a LONG time to get back to you. Getting a routine annual exam scheduled is also a complete cluster - as multiple providers have left this office and it takes MONTHS to schedule an office visit. I also ran into issues with ultrasounds while pregnant - it was clear to my partner and I that they rush through the scans and measurements. Another issue is that there is NO continuity of care for patients who are pregnant — they literally pass you off from doctor/np to doctor/np and you cannot even request to see a doctor! Additionally, because of the lack of continuity of care, things can get lost in the shuffle—I was not told of an issue on my ultrasound until weeks later during an office visit. Highly recommend going elsewhere for OBGYN care if possible - this office is a hot mess."

"Dr Ulrich is 5 stars! I absolutely love her and trust her. However, my experience with this practice in general isn’t great. While pregnant, I had to see several different physicians, which I was not a fan of because I would get different opinions and plans of action each time I went. While I respect all of their opinions as professionals, it caused a lot of stress and anxiety during an already stressful time. Specifically, Dr. Fio’s horrific bedside manner will prompt me to switch practices if I were to have another pregnancy. More recently, I’ve tried to schedule an appointment with Dr Ulrich for my annual exam. I was told she is booked for the rest of the year (date or call was 11/23) which is understandable. However, the books for the new year are not open yet and they could not tell me when they would be open so I should just keep calling back. Ever since this practice was taken over by Tower Health, I’ve seen a decline in scheduling and billing. Now that they have joined with All About Women and all of those doctors have left the practice they have too many patients and not enough doctors. It is a shame. I wish they would go back to being a private practice, like when they were Ages."

"Forget trying to book an appointment here. The scheduling staff is "helpful" in a very unfriendly condescending manner. I'm not sure if my regular gynecologist is the only one in the practice who doesn't have a posted schedule beyond one month - it's always full which means being put on a waiting list, finally getting an appointment only to have it cancelled and going back on another waiting list - or the entire practice is scheduled this way but it's absurd! I can't even get the doctor's office to respond to the message I sent through My Tower Health . Tower Health did a major disservice to their patients when they cut staff."
