"My son recently rented a Tuxedo for his senior Prom. We were a bit nervous since my son's build could be a difficult fit. He is 6'5 with an athletic build. Bell Tuxedo assured us that it would not be an issue. They took great care in measuring him and explaining different styles for which he could choose from. His Tuxedo not only was a perfect fit but he was comfortable and stylish. The color vest and bow tie they recommended was a perfect match to his dates dress! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We would definitely use Bell Tuxedo again!!"

"Been a Bristol institution for a reason. Where do you get great service these days? No where. But here, my son was measured, asked to try on some different looks and shoes and the nice folks came up with a plan. Prices are reasonable some up charges but if you are really on a budget you truly can get a $99 tux rental."

"So I called on a random Tuesday and got an appt for the upcoming Saturday! The owners were lovely! Got to my appt on time after commuting for 1.5hrs. She was wonderful and super helpful. We felt welcomed and super comfortable upon arriving. They have a HUGE selection of plus size communion dresses :) Super friendly and can't even express how PATIENT they were with us. My daughter must have tried on at least 12 dresses within an hour before making her final decision. Totally worth the visit, the purchase and the time. Very affordable and provided us with the time and privacy to make a rational choice for my little one's communion. Came in with a dress already handpicked in mind and walked out with a more incredible dress! We also a purchased a veil (last one!) that took our breaths away. Definitely look forward to sharing this place with family, friends and coworkers and in the future. Thank you for staying late and making yourselves available. My daughter is thrilled, she loves her dress and feels beautiful in it. For reference, she tried on dress sizes between sizes 14 through 18. The location does not offer alteration services, BUT does have parking onsite, wide selection of styles and sizes for families with plus size beauties!"

"An amazing experience from start to finish. Tony and his staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. We went there for my son's senior prom and they walked us through everything, gave us their opinion and worked with us. When the tux came in and we went in for the fitting, my son wanted the pants "skinny". Tony let us know that the tux he ordered did not come in "skinny", but that we can exchange the tux for another one (same color) and he will call the manufacturer to see if they will be able to do the "skinny" pants. He was able to get my son the pants exactly the way he wanted and everything looked perfect and amazing! Would definitely recommend Bell Tuxedo to anyone! "I’m not big on writing reviews, however I do like reading them to make informed decisions. I felt that I needed to write this because of my experience working with many businesses and having customers of my own. It's hard today to find many people in business that take the time to help you as a person Many companies automate the process or leave you with a phone system or site that tries to direct you away from actually talking to a person when you need help I took my son (15 yrs old) here last week to get him something to wear to his first ever dance/formal Tony (the owner) was extremely nice and polite. He seems like a genuinely nice guy who cares if you are happy with his products and service. He took the time to make sure my son was measured right. He also explained to my son the differences about the shoes and pants for tuxes vs suits. He suggested the proper colors to match his date and it matched perfectly. My son told me in the car after we left and i quote "that guy who owns that place was super nice" Our order was ready the next day and it fit perfectly. He even through in a second jacket in another color for the party the next day so that my son could wear them both. Nice job.. We even chatted about guitars, music and food too so he’s not like a typical pushy sales guy Thank you Tony for being such professional and down to earth person during something that’s normally stressful for a kid at that age going to his first event. He was very happy wearing it and even wore his suit the next day to a sweet 16 party he was invited to. We will definitely go there again."
