"If your a single mom with young children and do not have a support system/babysitter please don't waste your time with this place! I went in for my appointment and had to bring my 8 year old with me because he couldnt stay home alone... OBVIOUSLY... I go to speak with a shorthaired blonde lady with glasses at the first desk and she was the rudest receptionist I've ever dealt with! She didnt care at all about the fact that I'd taken a lyft to get there and I didnt have anyone else to help watch him... She told me that he couldn't be inside and that he needed to go back outside and wait for me in the parking lot... at the same time I look over to see the waiting area and there was about 20 empty chairs and only 1 patient sitting over there. You mean to tell me that my 8 year old sitting inside your empty waiting room so he can SAFELY wait for his mother is a problem?. Worst part is that they know my IUD birth control is past due to be taken out and that I'm having negative side effects due to it and they still told me I needed to reschedule. They dont care about their patients. Simple as that!"
