"Felt very ignored and the sales person was absolutely inattentive, as if he did not want to help us. We were hoping to buy a couple shirts, ties and a suit. Tried on a few suit jackets and he was of no help in deciding what looked or fit best. Did not help in trying different styles either. When looking for shirts, he just stopped looking randomly to chat at the checkout and we had to dig through the disorganized shirts ourselves. Shirt inventory also seemed sparse. He also did not help in suggesting ties. Overall, felt ignored and as if he did not want to do his job and help customers.."

"Amazing!!! From the second we stepped in the door this place treated us so professionally. The store was neat, clean and when we need help they came right over measured my son and explained everything to us. We call the Homdel store and there was such confusion I was nervous when I walked in. I was so pleasantly surprised and can’t wait to see my son in his tux. Thanks Guys!!!"

"I agree with some of the reviews that have been left recently for this Jos A Bank location. I felt both ignored and assaulted simultaneously by the salesperson in the store. Between an attitude that could clearly care less if I found what I was looking for in a suit, to a desire to get alterations and ring me up for a suit I hadn't even yet decided on, I have never in my life had a worse customer service experience when purchasing clothing. This was an amazingly bad experience, that unfortunately did not reflect a prior experience I had at the same store 5 years prior. Clearly there is such desperate need for help that they are just looking to pay anyone to stand on the floor with no knowledge of anything with a bad attitude, and it shows with such poor customer service."

"Brought my son in for a last minute suit. He’s a teenager and I had no idea what his size is or style of suits to look at. Darryl was extremely patient and helpful! He was very knowledgeable and brought out multiple options, colors, patterns and was especially interested in making sure my son was comfortable which made the transaction so much better! Overall, only took approx 20 min to pick out suit, tie and dress shirt. Looks like the suit was made for him (it fit so well)! Helpful staff and great product! We’ll shop here again (he IS a growing teenager). Thanks Darryl!"
