Lady had a bad attitude and we tried to cooperate with her but couldn’t do anything about it. That same day we saw other customers complaining as well. Unbelievable. "Me, my family, and a group of boys came to get suits for my sisters quince. They did the measurements and everything and told us to come back 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later they only fixed the measurements for the jacket and the blazer, not the pants. Respectfully this is very unacceptable. We came back expecting everything to be ready, especially because my sisters quince is in 2 weeks. We already have enough things to stress about but the suits add even more stress. But some stuff are still missing. The place is nice though i can’t lie."

"I tried to return a tie I bought from your stores a day after buying it and the manager decided to tell me now there’s no returns for accessories, only store credit or exchange. I was not informed of this at the time of purchase and this policy is not indicated on any of the return policies shown at the stores. I’ve included a photo of the return policy for reference. When I explained to the manager I was not informed of this policy he implied it was my job to ask, and that “all the stores are doing it”. Truly unprofessional and I honestly feel cheated. Why would I want to use store credit at this store ever again? Terrible experience, DO NOT SHOP HERE."
