"I got a tux...rental in South Jersey i Noticed no calls from tgem so i called 800# and found the dates we're 1 month off. If I didn't call prior I wouldn't have gotten the tux on time....next tried it on, fitted tight bit ....they gave me the rental in a tall bag but when I got to get dressed at the wedding...there was No Jacket! With 45 left I ran, flew to the nearest Men's Wearhouse 4.milesmin North Jersey and explained I'm a dead man if I don't have a jacket ASAP....without hesitating the guy ran to the back and got me a 42 long and said "here take this have fun just bring it back tomorrow. And did just that! Great service and many thanks to Red Bank Men's Wearhouse! Brovo!"

"One star: I'm writing 2 reviews. I visited the store on 6/5/2021. First review: 1 star. About the communication between the store and what their website says. I made an appointment online to get the measures for a tux for a wedding. I had to move things around to fit to an opening at 3:00. I got to the store and they told me they are not using the online appointment list but rather a signing list they have at the store. I had to wait and wait.. if I knew about this I wouldn't waisted my time rearranging my schedule and would have come early in the morning when it was more convenient for me and according to a sale associate, lest busy than 3:00 when is their busiest time. Second review: 5 stars:. Associates were awesome. Very friendly and helpful... And also apologetic of the waiting."
