"Got a pair of shoes they broke and stopped working (they lit up to the beat of music)within 2 months I was moving then holidays. Well I called and they said no problem they will exchange it out. I get to the store with the shoes and the manage said that she can't do it then she couldn't do anything because I didnt bring the box and charger. I said listen I just want the same shoes I will give u the charger box everything. They don't have my daughter's size we find a pair of shoes she likes and won't transfer the discount from one pair of shoes on the receipt to the other so I am only getting 50 for the 80 I spent. So now there is a 3 dollar "balance" due I try to pay but the system some times doesn't accept tap(but kept going threw just not being accepted) we try 2 times and they said they can't try again. I have no way of paying because I didn't bring any cards with me. After going back and forth I ask for the dms number so one of the "managers" called someone on the phone and said that that was policy and that they change the price in some situations but they won't in mine. During all of this 3 people all stating to be managers but no one helping. So now I have broken shoes and no resolution."
