"I needed an appointment quickly, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help with that. Then arriving at the building, I had forgotten my mask in another vehicle and the receptionist very politely provided me with one. I get to the 3rd floor and the receptionists there didn’t seem too friendly, but I was given a room to wait in and I waited nearly 20 minutes before someone came in to assist me. Other then that, the rest of my experience was very caring and did their best to assist me. I went in got my jaw and unfortunately nothing could be done to help me with that, but they noticed I had another concerning issue and made sure I got the care I needed for that. So all in all it wasn’t a bad experience. The doctors and nurses are very nice."

"This review is from my fiance: I'm just gonna make an announcement; Towards the end of May/early June I found out that I was pregnant. I had went to multiple doctors and appointments to confirm the length of the pregnancy, since my period has been irregular for sometime. Not only did the doctors refuse to give me sonogram but refused to give me blood work as well. They kept telling me the same thing, come back next week. Although I had 2 positive home pregnancy tests and multiple pregnancy tests through them. My last period was towards the end of April, no specific date since I wasn't tracking my periods because I wasn't planning a pregnancy. Also, they had REFUSED me prenatal care and would not give me prenatal vitamins-They didn't even give me a due date. So after months of trying to figure this out, Monday evening I went into the ER with heavy bleeding and abdominal pains. And sure enough, I was miscarring. The ER gave me 2 sonograms to confirm I was 10 weeks. They gave me the blood work I was in need of, only to find out my hormone levels have drastically dropped. The ER doctor ordered me blood work from them today to re-test the levels and they absolutely refused. So after fighting tooth and nail I finally got my blood work. And now awaiting the results. DO NOT GO TO THE WOMAN'S CARE CENTER IN LATROBE! They even tried to deny I was a patient there. I also went to Nolfi's and got almost the same treatment. Now I'm going down to Magee's on Tuesday to get this taken care of. This isn't the first miscarriage I've had with about the same treatment and last time they refused to give me a D&C. So thank you to anyone who was sending thoughts and prayers my way. I'm going through an extremely difficult time."
