"I would rate this Allen Edmonds store, especially this store and its assistant store manager Tim Fournier, as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory at an in-person retail store. As a newer Allen Edmonds shoe wearer with little to no experience wearing these types of shoes, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and subject matter expertise by the store's assistant manager, Tim Fournier. For someone who is used to wearing dress shoes from Walmart, this was a significant change for me. Tim made it easy by providing honest options of shoes and colors based on my daily needs. He also provided ways to maintain my shoes in ways I had no idea. You would be surprised by some of the differences in wearing real leather shoes! Overall if you are on the fence about buying Allen Edmonds my recommendation is to visit this store and ask for Tim you won't regret it. -Proud owner of 2 pairs of park ave dress shoes"

"Went in yesterday to make my first Allen Edmonds purchase - Tim did an incredible job fielding the many customers in the store and guided me through everything from sizing and selection through proper care and even fashion advice upon request. Tim went above and beyond (I believe working through his lunch break) to make sure everyone was well attended to. I walked out with two pairs of dress boots that I absolutely love. "I was interested in Allen Edmonds shoes as I wanted high quality shoes made in the USA. The King of Prussia mall website indicated the store was open until 9 PM, so we made the forty-five minute trip to visit the store. Unfortunately, the store had been operating for some time under temporary hours and was closed shortly before we arrived after 7 PM. However, John Simpson invited us back in when we shared with him our disappointment as he was leaving the store. He then spent 45 minutes with us, patiently and expertly helping us sort out their impressive line of shoes, despite being after his quitting time on a Saturday night. I'm very impressed with the quality and feel of the shoes and the care John took to be sure they fitted my feet properly. I ordered two shoes which he entered into their system during working hours the next day. If you want to get great service and a high quality shoe, visit the store. Our experience went from a fail to a great success based on John's customer service and his extensive knowledge of his products."
