"First pregnancy & first appointment, so I was clueless to the steps/protocol… Upon check in, it seemed as if I was a complete nuisance that a lot of my information had changed- it has been 10+ years since I’ve been to this office… Instead of explaining things to me, I felt forced to have to do exams (when I thought I was there for an ultrasound to make sure everything is where it’s supposed to be- nope… just the “normal routine swab”, yay) I asked if it was absolutely necessary and I was just told yes. The rooms are like a maze, felt like an idiot trying to get to/go anywhere. I peed in a Dixie cup, that was provided on a pee droplet stained puppy pad.. no seal, no label, and I wrote my name on it like a party cup. Yet they want you to wear masks in the office?? When sitting down to get checked out, I was told I HAD to schedule all these appointments. I said I didn’t want to schedule just yet because I didn’t know if I was going to further use this provider. . This was my first appointment- like I said I was only trying to see if everything is ok and where it should be..I didn’t plan on continuing with this provider at all.. I was rudely told “well these are appointments you HAVE to have” When I asked what exactly they were for to see what the urgency of what it is, I was told “I don’t know I don’t sit in on the appointments with the physician” I’ve literally had better/nicer/more thorough care at an abortion clinic (to get birth control) than here. And I felt like everything that was done here was the complete opposite of what I had previously read what I could expect online. Not a great start to my first pregnancy."

"All are nice except for one probably an LPN, at suite 1 the one calling the patients. She came out to call her patient, I approached her to ask where the information is because I need to pick up my doctor’s excuse. She RUDELY told me in not so good tone “I’m busy with a patient, just go to one of the rooms and ask them there.” And I heard her say to the patient I’m sorry about that.”"

"No open appointments for yearly exams for an established patient until July. Changing providers because a 3+ month wait is excessive."
