"Terrible location!!! Call ahead if you order online to make sure they really have the part!! Happened to me twice recently. Online says they have the part in stock and when you get there they don't. Go to the lehighton store or any other local parts store. UPDATE!! So I tried using this store again, what a mistake. Needed a simple air filter for a 2012 civic hybrid. Ordered it on a Thursday and was told it might be in that day or it would be in the next morning. 3 days later and still no filter. The staff just keep telling me "we'll call you when it's in." But nobody has even tried to fix the problem. I will get a refund Monday if it still isn't in and go to Advance or NAPA."
"I called trying to find a part. I was on hold for a lengthy amount of time but what do you expect Now a days with staffing issues everywhere. After giving the info the clears was Able to tell Me the part was there and I could picking up and it was Correct!!!"

"My mother and I went in for wipers on 17 Dec 2022 and the Gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He received a phone call in the middle of all this and it took a lot longer then expected because it was a customer on the phone. I never did catch is name but thank you for a wonderful experience."
