"Ordering, price, etc. was all good. The reason for the low rating is due to the product. I ordered 3 "non-iron" shirts and washed them along side of my Eagle brand shirts. 10 minutes in the dryer and the Eagle shirts were fine, but the Charles Tyrwhitt shirts looked like they were crumpled up and left in the hamper for months. I would simply continue to buy the Eagle, but they are either discontinued or just very sparce. Regardless, if you're looking for a true non-iron, Tyrwhitt aint it."
