"My usual doctor was fully booked so I ended up with an appointment with Dr. Dicenzo. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner. I had paperwork to fill out and even though she's not my usual doctor, she filled it out for me. If I didn't already have another doctor I would pick her for my ob/gyn."

"I'm writing this review because I think that as a patient I should be treated just as importantly as I do my appointments. I arrive on time if not earlier to make allowances for anything that may cause me a delay to get there. Today I had a 10:00 apt with Dr. DicenzIo. I was not told that they had recently moved this past Tues. to a new location. When arriving to the former location, I discovered they were no longer there. I called and got the new address. I still got there 10 min. early. At 10:00 I was taken to my waiting room where some information was taken and told the Dr. would be with me "shortly". After sitting in a very cold room in my paper gown for 30 minutes, an assistant came by and told me that the Dr. would be in "shortly". I expressed to her how cold the room was. She thought it was too. I ended up getting dressed and leaving when 50 minutes went by and no one seemed to care that I had been waiting there all that time. Shame on you Dr. Decenzo. I guess your time is more important that you could not even poke your head in to say you were running late or SOMETHING. No phone call and no e-mail with an apology. Just another patient. No big deal. I should bill you for my time. You inconvenienced me and I don't appreciate it. Not very professional."
