"Store is a clean, traditional Hot Topic. Everything was in order and in accessible places as it should be. Stock is well maintained, and overstock doesn't look like overstock. Save for one employee who wanted to talk about work more than do work, employees are helpful and knowledgeable... Or best that can be considering changing inventory and confusing layouts I assume it's from cooperate. Constructive criticism: customers are more important than conversations, and shirts should be more easily located: they are alphabetical, but they're not. Hard to be when you have the alphabet split on two walls, eg with different Sailor Moon shirts on each."

"They deleted my comment before about my experience at this store, the skinny girl with glasses at the checkout desk whispered in a dominican girls ear as I noticed she walked from the checkout desk and started to follow me and my children from the front to the back of the store, I would look behind me and she turned her head away as I noticed her watching us. I felt very uncomfortable, and I DO NOT appreciate that skinny college girl with her dark blond hair, and coco bottle glasses, racially profiling my family, and sending the employee to stalk us around the store, very unprofessional."

"Very nice welcome and store in general is ok but where this HT falls short is its social media presence where as others in the area post when products drops are available especially its Funkos where as other surrounding HT get restocks on apparently chases and other big pops like going mary luffy, which i hate resellers to get but still try to have it available if anything it seems the good stuff never makes it to the shelfs... maybe just a coincidence"

"Hot Topic has been my go-to place for shirts, jewelry, socks, etc. Their products are a bit pricy, BUT they are really good quality. None of my shirts have faded from how much they are washed/worn. The employees reach out to you, ask you your interests, and hold conversations with you. It is a really amazing place to go"
