"worst. the doctors didnt even know what they were doing. I went there for 4 positive pregnancy tests and it ended up being chemical pregnancy and they didnt even tell me what was going on. They just said I read the tests wrong. Went back multiple times in a row for a problem I was having and they acted like I was dumb and nothing was wrong even though I was in pain. I ended up figuring it out on my own and getting it treated elsewhere. They still charged me for all the appointments and they didnt even try any new tests or anything. I missed ONE appointment and they sent me to collections over a late fee and magically added on some other expenses I didnt know I had. Obviously they are the last place I wanted to go for this pregnancy considering how the last one went."

"I just called to schedule my first appointment (I’m almost 12 weeks) and the receptionist for scheduling was the ABSOLUTE RUDEST human I have EVER encountered! She literally had me in tears. She berated me for not having had an appointment yet, to which I replied “well no, because it’s not medically necessary to have one before 12 weeks” (this is not my first child). She started to yell at me telling me not to tell her how to do her job—to which I replied, “excuse me? Do you talk to all of your patients like this?” And she interrupts me, and says “no, do YOU talk to every medical professional like this?” And then I hung up. I am utterly mindblown that a medical “professional” would speak to a potential patient, ESPECIALLY a pregnant one, the way she did. She deserves to be fired. I will never recommend this practice to anyone, ever for this. If you want to continue receiving patients, I encourage you to find employees who know how to treat others with RESPECT!"

"truly the rudest receptionist i ever met in my entire life and will never go back to this office again. every single time i think she’s gonna get better and it’s the worst customer service i have ever had. thank god i’m not a new mother dealing with her. she shouldn’t have a job involving people at all let alone being a receptionist. this place truly needs to rethink who they are hiring to deal with such a vulnerable population."

"Do not go to this office nor use Pittsburgh Gynob. AWFUL experience. Charged me EXTRA because I asked some questions and we had a conversation. Multiple extremely rude and unprofessional staff! I never have had a bad experience at a OB/GYN visit until now. They also don't have online medical records, paper only. Badly outdated office."

"Fantastic care, excellent doctors. After my frustration dealing with the UPMC's women's center corporate approach to my miscarriage, I called Pittsburgh Gynob. Their staff's ability to communicate reasoning for their decisions and the fact that I had a single contact person while dealing with the aftermath of a miscarriage was tremendous. Good ending to the story, they also helped me through a successful pregnancy. Really fantastic care."
