"Beyond irritated with this doctors office/doctor. I have been waiting almost a year to get into see this specialist and they called me the other day and told me that they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor decided she wanted to continue her leave of absence.. and instead of them offering some type of solution or problem-solving or hey here’s another doctor that’s taking her place right now, they told me that one of her nurses would be in contact with me and I’ve yet to hear from any of them… it’s absolutely crazy how doctors offices can just completely drop patients with no back up plan or no back up doctor so they can get the continue care that they need and or screws the serious concerns that they have.. one of the main reasons why I absolutely dislike anything that has to do with WVU medicine. You’re not a patient to them you’re just money! So I’ll just continue to suffer with the issues that I’ve been having for the past couple of years! Thanks WVU!"
