"Shockingly unresponsive, incompetent, and indifferent, and relies on snippy gatekeepers to keep his,workload down. Can't believe he hasn't been sued into the ground yet. Told my 83 year old mother to stop taking her bp meds because her bp was fine. Sure, because she was on bp meds, Gomer. Of course it went to173 over 90 with facial numbness and disorientation. Now we can't get a callback. She's back on the meds but she's almost certainly had several TIAs. Avoid this practice at all costs."
