Childcare at the J

Childcare at the J, located at 1301 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is an award-winning provider of early childhood education in South Jersey with over 50 years of experience. We offer half-day and full-day programs for children aged 6 weeks through Kindergarten.

Our nurturing staff is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for infants in our program. Preschool-aged children join our 3-year-old classes before moving on to our Pre-Kindergarten program for 4-year-olds. Kids ages 5 and up can enjoy engaging learning and play activities, as well as homework help after school hours.

The Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center at the Katz JCC offers unique facilities, including music, art, STEM, and gym classes taught by our Fitness & Wellness staff. Children also have access to the JCC's gymnasium and indoor pool for swim lessons.

We offer flexible morning, school day, and full-day programs to accommodate Preschool families. Children participate in Jewish holiday celebrations throughout the year, including weekly Shabbat celebrations.

Parents can enjoy peace of mind knowing their children are in the safe and trusted hands of our licensed professionals while they focus on personal fitness goals. We communicate with parents regularly through Tadpoles to keep them informed of any updates.

Our Early Childhood Camps and after-school care services provide individualized attention to children as they learn, play, and interact with their peers. We also offer full-day infant/toddler care starting at 6 weeks.
