"She is a nice doctor who listens to your needs. My major complaint is that, similar to another doctor I saw through Change Inc., you have to meet with her monthly to continue to receive your medication. If you have an irregular schedule and/or no PTO, this means you have to call off and hope you can get that day off (and in my case, lose money as a result). This makes it feel like your medication is held hostage. I have to see doctors regularly and have never had another practice that runs on this policy. I'm not sure if it's the practice or her decision but it is incredibly frustrating as someone who needs this medication and can't take time off without suffering financially."
