"Filled out paperwork stating that my son can only be given the dairy free formula that was provided. He very easily gets rashes and cannot be given food unless we have tested it out. I called asking how it was going and the worker said she gave him strawberries without my consent. She said she never looked over the paperwork and provided no reassurance about the issue. I explained that she was not allowed to give him anything but the provided formula and she raised her voice at me and hung up. When I went to pick up my son, the other child there was just watching TV. No interaction or educational material was going on. He got a horrible rash from this. Do not trust this business with your child."
