"I believe the daycare needs to come with a disclaimer. Parents should be told in advance of how many aggressive children are in the center. Overall it was not terrible, but this last incident for me as a parent of a 2 year old was traumatizing. To observe my baby being shoved after being bit, intentionally scratched, had a busted lip and smacked with a wooden toy I feel like it was a lot. This was all within a month’s span. There were times that I felt misunderstood when I expressed myself as a concerned parent to the owner. My child was never the aggressor. But very innocent within a program that is not adequately equipped to manage the behaviors of these children."
"I would never be able to say all of the great things that I could say about Whizkids in a comment! My daughter has been at this center for roughly 2 years the care the love the compassion is above and beyond given by the team of staff here, this is a place that allows my heart and mind ease when my little girl is not in my sight, my toddler is always happy and clean when I pick her up! The center is well cared for and clean and the lines of communication is always open and working! I highly recommend this center!"
"My daughter has been attending this center since March 2022. Her first time leaving the nest and I have nothing but great things to say about this facility . The care & love she receives from her teacher is impeccable, the staff are friendly , the atmosphere is kid friendly and I feel safe knowing she’s in good hands . I love the cleanliness of the facility , communication from staff about my daughters day and the genuine care that she receives . Great work , excellent facility and highly recommend."
