"Terrible experience, I had an issue with my insurance & I offered to pay cash upfront until my insurance kicked in which took only 2 months. I was denied and was told I should see someone else. Not to mention I had issues with my high blood pressure, kidney disease, and thyroid issues. I felt like I was tossed out the door with no care. My last visit there my baby needed an ultrasound on her heart it was something very important & he refused to have that done as well in his office. I had to leave not seeing anyone and having no ultrasound on my baby. Don’t go into a field unless you have a passion for it and your patients. So glad I went to Dr.Bala, they took me in with no problem and I paid cash for visits until my insurance kicked in."

"He delivered my son in may of 2022. He took every measure to make sure my son was healthy. I have a history of second trimester miscarriages and he made sure that everything was going as it should. Loved the office staff and him as our doctor. Delivery was a bit of a shock to my husband as he left the room saying I wasn’t ready and the nurse had to go running after him not even two minutes later. And getting stitches while I was not numb was not the most fun. (Husband did not want to go back.) However I would take that over the new doctor I am seeing now. I hate that he does not take patients back after they have left. I really wish I could go back seeing as the doctor I am going to now has let many thing go untreated and his staff are just down right rude. So I would say I’d trust doctor DeGuzman with my baby and myself over any doctor I have seen after and before his care."

"I very much respect and acknowledge his skill. I can get over the fact he lacks bedside manner. I also didn’t mind he showed up at nearly last minute to deliver my baby; as the nurse did an incredible job getting me through the majority of my delivery… BUT I refuse to stick around any longer due to the fact that him and staff could care less about you. Better have a written list of your questions ready because he will definitely not let you have the time to think of one. I could go on, but today was the last straw. I showed up early to my appt like they asked, signed in, took a seat, and waited for them to give me my insurance update paperwork. I understand that I took a little bit longer because I made a mistake on my paper work but that’s still no excuse for me to wait 5 minutes at the closed window with my updated papers. After 5 minutes I just sat back down while 3 other patients that arrived after me were taken before me. I was not going to be rescheduling anyways, but I still showed to my appt because I wanted to make sure that I am healthy. Please, have some passion for your jobs… and for yours and your patients benefit, please get rid of that privacy window. You obviously can’t handle it."
