"So let's just call this comment what it is , a racist white person who does not understand black culture and refuses to do the work to educate themselves on their basis. Always feeling like white is rite. However , let's talk about it. A black women being stern and enforcing consequences and not listening to a white woman is considered yelling. How convient. No child has ever been mistreated or hurt in my center. The only consequence that is given is proximity control and , that can be found in most of their treatment plans. Education ??? I'm sure , I have more degrees and experience than you and your mother . Let's reiterate, I have a masters and , I been working with children on the spectrum for 10 years. My teacher at the center , has been working in childcare for 20 years and working with special needs children for 5. My mother has been dealing with children for 40 years.
