"I am so grateful to have found Shane’s Friends! The staff that takes care of my kids are so lovely. They are nurturing, caring, and communicative. They sing, they read, they play, they do arts and crafts. Also, the facility is super clean!"

"Worst daycare. I should’ve believed all the negative reviews this daycare already had but instead still gave this place a try but honestly not worth it! I am writing this review so that other parents shouldn’t make same mistake like we did by trusting this place. They are just making business, they treat your child as objects and don’t care how your child is feeling and won’t let them explore or move around instead keep them restricted in crib and high chairs all the time. All day kids are watching TV including infants. Everytime you call them or go in kids are screaming and crying loudly because they don’t pay any attention. No quiet time, not much activity, no good quality time spent with your kid. They’re just baby sitters making business. The teachers claim to be very experienced but don’t care about your child plus they smoke too. The so called “SLIP” they give at the end of the day is somewhat you get in a hospital for patients and here they are using for your kids activity all day. Very bad experience. If you are looking for a good daycare go for a family daycare where they actually care about your kid and teach them good things and not ignore or treat them bad!!! Avoid Shane’s friends 1&2 at Broad Street probably Avenue childcare too as they all are connected!"

"For the past two and a half years, my three children have attended both, The Avenue, and Shane's Friends daycare, and we could not be happier. The staff in all three centers always go above and beyond to meet our needs, between the distance learning, and accommodating our IEP zoom sessions! Theu always inform us of any events or info in a timely manner, and overall, my children being happy to attend school every day makes my life a lot easier. Thank you ladies, and keep up the good work!"

"My Daughter Madison went to Shanes friends after being in a horrible daycare and from the very start they treated my daughter like one of their own. Kind, attentative, caring, supportive and very trust worth from the owner Mrs. Joanne (aka grandma for the children of the school) all the way down to each and every teacher including my favorite Mrs. Linda!!!!! I'm not sure if I will have anymore children but if I shall they will definitely be in the care of my entendres family. Thank you guys for everything"
