"I never leave reviews but I feel like I need to so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I called on a Friday around 4 because I was pregnant & having heavy bleeding and just wanted advice on if i should go to the ER or not. Dr.Santerini who was my doctor was paged and was incredibly rude & unprofessional. She told me I should have called during office hours and told me to call back on Monday and gave me no advice on my situation. Luckily I listened to my body because I had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have emergency surgery. Will NEVER be seeing her again."

"She gave me adequate time to discuss my concerns and answer questions following examination. I did not feel that she rushed me in the slightest and spent time answering questions. She provided excellent feedback on follow up with my genetic counselor due to some issues I brought up with her."

"If I could leave a lower star rating I would. Dr. Santerini was the on call provider for when I called to leave a message for my doctor I see and the person who answered forwarded me to her out of concern. This doctor just told me it was the end of the day and that if I wanted my concern addressed I should have called earlier in a very rude manner. I had told her I understood and was just wanting to leave a message for my doctor to return on Monday. Instead I was criticized for just trying to address the concern with MY doctor. If this how she would treat a stranger who was forward to her out of concern I couldn't imagine going to her for anything less or more."

"Safe to say my entire experience with her and her staff was quite appalling & humiliating. It appears she made a clear assessment of what she thought was wrong with me for whatever reason. Was asked to take a bunch of tests that was likely tied to my accent rather than my complaints and insisted after all the tests came back negative, that I should go back to my general practitioner. She was not the 1st doctor I was seeing for this issue and I only went over to her practice because I just moved from another state but her clear disregard for my prior history and ignoring my complaints was quite distasteful. Her staff was clearly taking from her lead as they relayed the test results in the most condescending tone with the intent of just getting me off the phone & the practice. I was practically begging for a follow up which should be the norm since I still had these complaints but to no avail. I clearly made a big mistake making an appointment with this doctor and I implore others to beware."
