"I absolutely love Dr. Jones however, her staff at the desk are not good. Each time I was given a script or was told I was going to get a prescription for medicine, I’ve had to call the doctors office back and tell them the pharmacy did not receive the script. I’m not sure if they are forgetting to send it or if it’s a computer issue. When I call the reception area to tell them what’s going on, their tone is rude as if I did something wrong. Wish I could give her 5 stars, because she is wonderful, I can’t because it’s a struggle to get my prescription."
