"I DON'T WORK AT THE SCHOOL. THE DELUSIONAL MISERABLE MAD MESSY NO LIFE HAVING PERSON WHO SAID THAT REALLY HAVE ALOT OF TIME ON HER HANDS. GET A LIFE. I STAND BY THIS SCHOOL PERIOD AS MY CHILD HAS NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON THE SCHOOL BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE COMING ON HERE LYING. This person wrote a entire book on here. How about grow up. All it's done is made us parents who kids actually attend the school is support the school even more. NOW RESPOND TO THAT. This is a great school. My child attends The Learning Experience and the teachers are great. My child comes home speaking in sign language as well as Spanish. The teachers are hard working and are truly there for the kids. I highly recommend this school. The fact someone would try to tarnish the schools name speaks volumes about their character. Teachers get a bad rap when they don't deserve it. My child has attended for two years and I'm giving a honest review. I've seen how some of these parents come in acting and it's embarrassing. Yet the teachers still are there for the children. I commend them because I couldn't do it just because of how some of these immature parents act."
"This daycare presents a dazzling display of non-compliance, where rules are treated as mere suggestions. It consistently falls short of meeting state standards, with guidelines appearing more like wall decorations than implemented practices. The director's "bare minimum" approach extends to ignoring concerns from parents, showcasing absentee leadership that erodes trust and provides a front-row ticket to disappointment. Adherence to regulations seems as elusive as a unicorn sighting. Parental caution is advised."
"After picking up my 13-month-old daughter, I discovered bruises on her arm. Upon contacting the daycare, no one could provide information on how this incident occurred. I took my daughter to CHOP for evaluation. It broke my heart watching her undergo multiple x-rays and blood work. We spent the entire day in the ER, all because The Learning Experience was not forthcoming with information about why my daughter had bruises on her arm. I had to make two calls to the daycare, involve the state authorities, and contact their corporate office to finally receive an incident report that included inaccuracies. This process has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly encourage parents to visit the state’s website www.compass.state.pa.us and review the complaints. I recently discovered a complaint indicating a worker moving a child with their FOOT, even while the state was present. This raises serious concerns about the daycare’s practices when unsupervised."
"**please be advised that every time they receive a negative review, an employee writes a positive one**. The review below with the name of, “Resident,” you completely and utterly gave away that you work there by saying “I see the way parents come in here.” This place is a disgrace to childcare. If you want your child to be abused, neglected and not fed- send your child here. Promises that they make in their contract are forgone after the first week of having your child there. Unfortunately, the staff does not seem fit to care for children. Communication is few and far between which is unfortunate because they advertise themselves as having top tier communication via their mobile app but they never fill it out. I understand things get busy when working with children, but they should make it a priority to at least do the bare minimum if they are going to advertise it as such. My godchild attended this day care and I am deeply saddened by the way she was treated. It’s very upsetting that you cannot trust a “reputable” childcare corporation to follow basic childcare laws and regulations. I want to warn anyone that I can to avoid this facility at all costs. No child deserves to be treated poorly. It is hard enough in todays day in age to work and raise a child. Adding on the stress of not knowing if your child is being mistreated is something none of us have the time and energy to be worried about. We should have trusted the negative reviews from the start. Go on the states website and see for yourself what their reviews are: compass.state.pa.us . One incident on that website stated that a child was left unfed for over four hours and the teacher had no idea what to do. This was a report directly from the STATE. If they had the audacity to treat children like this with the state present, imagine what happens when no one is around. I wish we would have found the state reviews sooner. I don’t want to say too much about our personal experience as the state is currently involved. This facility is one of few in center city that constantly has open spots. Everywhere else has wait lists. Do yourself a favor and go on the waitlist because this facility has open spots for a reason! I hope you find a safe space for your children to learn and grow."
"My niece goes here and I’ve heard some crazy things from what I heard, management needs to get it together. They are very unorganized and lack structure. It is abundantly clear that there is an internal problem going on at this place or else there wouldn’t be such a high turnover rate among staff. This place cannot even hold onto a teacher for a week at this point. Kids are suppose to have structure, but how could that be done if they cannot even keep teachers around! Like come on. Make this place a positive environment, have, communicate better with staff and amongst yourself and maybe just maybe will the kids have a steady teacher. Not only it is a hostile environment for teachers, but for the kids and parents. Some of these kids clearly have sensory processing issues or something going on when they are consistently acting “bad” but instead of helping these kids we put them in another room to hit and bite another child, problem solved right! The parents are just talked down to when they come in. Oh and let’s not get started on the food they feed the children. It’s like they pick ingredients blind folded from the fridge and put it together. Please hold a meeting or something and get this together."
