However, when I switched his care to another facility his behavior improved almost immediately. So maybe it had alot to do with how he was responding to the way he was treated? They also have minors working with no BLS certification."

"Honestly, if I could give this place a 10, I would! January 2019 to September 2022 I trusted this place with my daughter. My daughter even trusted when I left. That was never an issue. Which as a mother it really put my mind at ease. There’s never not an issue with anything in life. And let me tell you when there was ever one coming from me the owner immediately handled the situation. To the staff who have been there from start to finish for my child’s time there I thank you! & to the young ones who came and went I thank you. We are all always learning. Don’t forget that. "It is only about the money there's 15 years old looking after multiple kids comes home with full diapers. Can't handle it when a child misbehaves so they call you to come pick up your child whether your working or not, the "teachers" yell at the other "teachers" in front of the kids and get upset cause the kids are now yelling at each other.... we used to think highly of this place.... but once we started hearing several other rumors... yeah not know more"

"My children have been here for two years. My son will be there 3 years before transitioning to kindergarten. My daughter was completely prepared for kindergarten. They are pleasant and patient. The rooms are always clean. They communicate well. The keep control of the classrooms well. I know my kids are well cared for at Pennies Place."
