"Someone posted about not fair racial enrollment. My granddaughter is black and the staff seems to treat her fine. They do have a strict curriculum. They also offer an online app for the parents. You can see all communication on the app as well as pictures. I have never picked up my kid dirty. I feel that they stay on top of her diaper changes. I also like that they have a tight security."
"Do not recommend. There was really no curriculum for our child, they lost any knowledge previously learned from private daycare that they attended previously. Pretty much a free babysitter if you are not concerned about your child's education and future. Stay away."
"I am highly upset with HOPES CAP Head start in Belmont. And I want to be clear before I start my rant... it is not because they don't care well for the children. They actually have a great strict program for the littles. I am highly upset about the staff and their unprofessionalism. I tried to enroll my daughter in September 2018, I kept emailing Cariluz Colon. No response. Then she would give me run around each month. It is now December 2018 and I have heard nothing. I noticed something that I also want to put out there, they only really accommodate the Spanish speaking people. Not much of anyone else. The ratio of Spanish speaking families compared to black and whites is really high and seems unproportioned. If I am wrong, so be it, but I noticed that when my first born went there back in 2015/2016/2017. I am highly upset at this place and I wanted to put this information out there. Maybe they will see it and do better within their office."
