Arielle's World Daycare Center

"Love the owner but she allows her husband and his nasty attitude to run the daycare mainly. I had an issue with a scratch on my son face and when I reached out, Nick (the husband) response was “exactly what was stated in the message. I read it before it was sent to you” in a nasty tone. I basically ended the call and texted the daycare phone asking if the actual owner could give me a call. Atp I wanted to allow her to know how her husband is speaking to her parents but unfortunately I was told by an employee whom returned my call that I could not speak to the owner because she was not there when the situation occurred with my son. I explained regardless she’s the owner and I should be able to speak with her, however the issue is bigger than just the scratch but now the way her husband continually speaks to me. Again I was told that I couldn’t speak to her. ATP I felt uncomfortable and immediately went and picked my son up and switched his day care. It’s been 2 days and the owner still never reached out in regards to any of this. Again I love the owner but her husband seems to not be a peoples person but seems to be the one who I mainly had to deal with… and this is just the most recent incident but he’s been being nasty for quite sometime now. Dealing with the general population you have to display a great and positive attitude."

"First let me say that I'm not a parent but the grandparent. However, I can't speak on secondhand information. I can only speak on my experience/displeasure with the center. It is imperative that communication between providers and parents be at the highest level. To turn a child away under any circumstance should NEVER be acceptable. Unless, the situation is of a dangerous nature and puts the children/center in arms way. To traumatize a child and a working parent is Not the expectation of a 5 star facility. There is always a chance to come up with a solution that works for both sides. This center claims to work on CHRISTIAN VALUES. Let's not forget that Christ gave grace/mercy to the least amongst us. Lastly., keep in mind you are helping to shape these little minds. But TODAY this day was an EPIC FAIL. PERFECTION is Christ himself not man!!"

"So far so good! As a new parent, this is my first time ever sending a child to daycare. Like many new parents I was worried about leaving my son with strangers. However, after attending Arielle's World for about 3 months, my 17 month old son seems comfortable with the staff at drop-off and does not look back as I leave him in the care of the staff. This makes me feel that he is in good hands and enjoys his time there. Even though he has been there for only 3 months, I notice that he has been learning new things every week. The owners are very personable and down to earth, which is pretty reassuring. I love that the center uses the Class Dojo app to keep parents informed and to also give update on my child while he is at the daycare."

"My daughter has been attending since she was 7 months old as of Sept 2021 and I am pleased with the care they provide for her. She is with the toddlers now as she is approaching 17 months and has learned a lot of social skills among her mini peers! The owners are husband & wife which makes this an even more unique facility because the family truly runs it! Mr. Nick is always greeting the kids each morning while Ms. Aminha is always in & out between other centers making sure things run smoothly! Their staff is consistent in how they care for the kids and they do take different approaches with each child individually as no two kids are the same. I appreciate the structure they provide for my daughter and the constant communication. If something happens, they contact right away via text & phone call and resolve whatever is at hand. They have yet to wait until I arrived to pick my daughter up, but instead keep me informed throughout the day! The use of ClassDojo is amazing as we get to see our kid’s activities throughout the day with constant updates so I adore to keep those moments when I can’t be with my daughter in-person obviously. I highly recommend having your child attend! If you’re hesitant, speaking with the owners will put you at ease with how welcoming they are!"

"5 Stars.. My Daughters have been attending since they were 1 years old. (they are now 4) The owner Minha is awesome she assisted my girls with all the early stages of learning that you could think of, from potty training to reading , writing , motors skills, active play and learning, skeletal system ,team building and kindergarten prep. Its family based so the staff is hand picked by the owner which makes the environment home feeling and comfortable. Her locations are in great safe neighborhoods. If you are looking for great quality attentive childcare Arielles World Daycare is the place to consider."
